I was so excited to discover this wine-based Amaro from Sirene, which is as much at home as a digestivo on the rocks as it is in a Negroni. Bitter and delicate, this is scented with olive tree leaves, lemon verbena, laurel, rosemary, pine and yarrow. For me, it's an aromatic blend of Sonoma County and Tahoe that I just can't get enough of.
