This Brut Prosecco comes from one of the top producers in the Conegliano-Valdobbiadne, where they make enough wine to keep it affordable and available, but not so much that they have to scrimp on quality. Sustainably grown in clay, calcareous soils of hillside vineyards, it's made in the Charmat method (where the second fermentation happens in tank and the bubbly is bottled under pressure). Joyful and balanced, it bursts with citrus and stone fruit, lovely yeasted bread and minerality, with delicate bubbles.
