Their 2025 Ryme Aglianco Rosé comes from a small plot of this Southern Italian varietal grown in the Clarksburg AVA of the Sacramento Delta. The alluvial soils, moderate temps and crisp breezes really make the grape struggle to ripen, and struggle builds character and maintains acidity. With partial spontaneous malo to give the wine some body, this rosé’s wild strawberry and pithy grapefruit character, salinity and structure will make it the perfect foil for richer foods, and is the ideal pink to dance you into fall when the weather can’t decide what to do.
